Using low-power tools to grind porcelain stoneware is never easy. CoolPAD polishing pads are made specifically for dry porcelain grinding with engravers. Excellent surface finish and consistently high processing speed are guaranteed by their diamond layer composition.
With CoolPAD, you can grind near glass surfaces without worrying about breaking the edge. Sludge is effectively removed from the grinding zone by the diamond layer's distinctive involute-shaped profile.
Each pad replaces multiple polishing pads of various grits because of specially prepared diamonds. For instance, #1 substitutes grits 30, 60, and 120; #2 substitutes grits 120, 200, and 400; #3 substitutes grits 400, 800, and 1000.
A #4 pad was created specifically for engravers, enabling one touch of polishing to a brilliant shine.
