SoftEdge is a 115 mm diameter milling cutter that operates at the maximum speed of an angle grinder without water cooling and leaves no chips on porcelain stoneware. It works FIVE times faster than any other grinding tool for porcelain stoneware. Micro inclusions of graphite in the metal bond provide effective cooling of the cutter, allowing stable grinding of porcelain stoneware and natural stone up to 20 mm thick. The cutter’s lifespan is equivalent to 50 kg of ground porcelain stoneware, which is significantly longer than any handheld grinding tool. Maximum working comfort is achieved thanks to the special body geometry with multiple working edges and a curved flange that covers the grinder spindle and protects the tile from damage. Every single cutter undergoes balancing, eliminating any vibrations. The tool has a mounting diameter of 22.23 mm.
