Achieving a clean, precise radius on porcelain gres takes time, patience and the right tools. Even the smallest chip or imperfection can affect the final finish.

The RadiusMILL R3, R6 and R12 set makes it easier to achieve smooth, accurate, chip-free radii when working on flush buttons, inspection hatches and other porcelain gres projects.

After cutting the radius with a diamond wire, small imperfections can remain along the edge. RadiusMILL cutters are designed to remove these imperfections quickly, grinding the edge into a smooth, consistent finish in just seconds.

Each mill features a balanced working head with a fine diamond coating for precise material removal. With a 15 mm working length, they are suitable for processing porcelain gres of different thicknesses. Only minimal water cooling is required during use.

The set includes three mills: R3, R6 and R12.
